Oddball Film+Video is a stock footage company based in San Francisco, California. Oddball Film+Video was founded in 1984 by Stephen Parr, an archivist, imagemaker and writer. He is the director of Oddball Film+Video.

Its main business is licensing unusual stock footage to producers of feature films, documentaries, commercials, broadcast television, music videos, as well as web and new media productions.
